Our apartment on the ground floor of the villa offers many amenities on 130m², it was already designed during planning for the stay of small groups. The apartment is divided into two - the front area is the "general" guest area, we like to call it the "Red Bar". Professional chefs are happy about our Smeg "Portofino", others about the bar, the regulars' table, or the coffee house table combined with our house cinema, or about the south-facing terrace (guest gates) with pergola.
The rear, "private" guest area is divided into three individually furnished rooms (Südwind, Westend and Nordlicht), each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. "Südwind" is equipped with a double bed, "Westend" and "Nordlicht" with 2 single beds each, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if necessary. The "Megasofa" in the cinema can easily be converted into an extra bed, so there is room for a maximum of 7 adults in total.In addition, "Südwind" and "Westend" have their own garden access with garden shed, terrace and awning. "Nordlicht" does not have access to the garden, but has its own kitchenette.
In winter, our wellness room with sauna is open, in summer there is a whirlpool in the garden for relaxation.The public and free outdoor pool "Bräuwiese" can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are 3 car parking spaces directly in front of the house (optional wallbox).

For all guests who are not only looking for accommodation, but also want to experience the Salzkammergut, we offer 2 options.
1. Unguided If you are interested, we will be happy to advise you on site on the following topics:

2. GuidedFor all those who prefer personal support, we are happy to be available as a guide on a daily basis (by appointment). We can discuss details after your arrival, or even better if you let us know your interest beforehand.
Prices 2026:
For the accompaniment of the group we charge € 350 per day on site.
Weekly events - "EXPERIENCE SALZKAMMERGUT"
Several times a year, Friday to Thursday, we advertise openly bookable weeks. We have worked out a weekly schedule and accompany the group daily (group size max. 10 people).
We have prepared a varied program, a mixture of sporting activities, culture and getting to know the country and its people - Link PDF Weekly Schedule .
We start with the "Guided Friday" - meet after checking in between 12:00 - 14:00 at the "Red Bar" in the Apartment.Es gives some information about the house and then we drive together to the farmer's market in Regau, where we buy regional products, which we then prepare at home and eat together at the regulars' table.

Cost per person € 850 per person in a double room (€ 250 single room surcharge)
Since we aim for small groups of about 10 participants at the weekly events, up to 4 participants will be accommodated at nearby partner companies.
